First Trip to the Beach

We didn't last long but had a nice stroll on the beach with our little guy this weekend. Yes, Ken is wearing a tie at the beach...he had just gotten off work.

Jake loves this thing! No matter how mad, sad, or tired he seems to be, the changing pad never (maybe rarely) fails to calm him down. Sometimes we even get a smile. Thank God for the changing pad.

Introducing Our Little Man....

We are so excited to share with our family and friends the adventures of the new addition to our family - our pride and joy, little Jake. We welcomed Jake into this world about a month ago, and I am happy to say we've made it this far without much difficulty. But we've all been adjusting to sleep deprivation over the last few weeks. We being Ken, Bailey and I. I haven't really had this little sleep since college, and I realize now that I took for granted the mid-afternoon post-class uninterrupted naps. Here's hoping he will like sleep just as much as his Mom! We hope you enjoy keeping up with our family!
